Founded in 2017 originally to build the best DevOps company in the market, Polar Squad is today first and foremost a platform engineering consultancy. We build cloud, AI, and developer platforms that help modern teams focus on meaningful work. Platform engineering is all about making work less tedious, more productive, and even fun. Our Recruitment Process

  • Introduction

    After leaving your application, we'll get back to you as soon as possible to validate if you could be a good fit for our Squad. In a quick introduction meeting, you’ll meet our CEO Olli, we get to know each other, and we can share basic information about Polar Squad.

  • Cultural Round

    In this round, you meet a few new people from Polar Squad to learn more about Polar Squad as a workplace, our culture and how we operate. You’ll get to ask any questions you’d like from our consultants. We’ll get the chance to know each other better and see if you would fit into our culture or even bring something new.

  • Technical Round

    Here, the goal is to understand your technical competence. We’re not looking for wizards that know it all. With a strong core knowledge, learning the necessary skills is easy. As with the cultural round, you’ll meet two new people from our Squad.

  • Offer

    So, you’ve aced all the rounds. Congratulations! If there’s a mutual feeling that Polar Squad and you are a good match, we’re ready to discuss a job offer. How cool!
