Our recruitment process

Introduction
After leaving your application, we get back to you as soon as possible to validate if we think you could be a good fit for our Squad. In the quick introduction meeting you’ll meet either our CEO Tuomas or COO Erno for a quick introduction and getting to know each other and share basic information about Polar Squad.

Cultural round
In this round, you meet a few new people from Polar Squad to learn more about Polar Squad as a workplace, our culture and how we operate. You’ll get to ask any questions you’d like from our consultants, and we’ll get the chance to know you better.

Technical round
Here, the goal is to understand your technical competence. We’re not looking for wizards that know it all – with a good core knowledge, learning the necessary skills is easy. As in the cultural round, you’ll meet two people from our Squad.

Offer
