I’ve been working in the IT industry, with a focus on network operations and DevOps, since 2003. I’ve gained experience in various roles and have developed skills in system and network security, automation, administration, and architecture. I possess knowledge in areas such as NetOps, DevOps, SRE, and system administration, including working with Kubernetes and CI/CD solutions. In addition to this experience, I have a background in developing and implementing automation solutions, including Jenkins automation jobs and deployment workflows based on git and infrastructure as code. I have also worked with Terraform and Ansible for build and deployment tasks and have experience managing Kubernetes clusters in different environments. I have also been part of teams responsible for research and implementation of network and system automation tools, as well as network and system security measures.
I have experience in managing DevOps/Engineering teams, leading planning and execution, and acting as a point of contact for the teams. I have also acted as a technical lead for the setup, configuration, and management of Kubernetes clusters in various environments.
Additionally, I have held ITIL Configuration and Problem Management related positions. I have also been in charge of the company's Service Desk/Support department, overseeing incident management processes, training support staff, and writing and updating technical documentation.
